Fees

SALE FEES for premises for residential or professional use, for commercial or industrial use, for business purposes.

These fees are the responsibility of the seller unless otherwise specifically stipulated in the mandate.

Scale including VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Sales of less than €300,000: fees of 7% including tax.
Sales of an amount greater than €300,000 and less than or equal to €500,000: fees of €6.5 including tax.
